As a small, in-home breeder we are truly limited in the number of dogs we can have.
I never wanted to see the day come where I would have to start retiring my females and rehoming them, but ultimately, a breeder needs to make those kinds of tough decisions. I truly enjoy raising puppies and hope to continue for some time. I have decided this will be Beans final litter of puppies. She will will be spayed and looking for a new home later this summer. This isn't a first come serve type of thing, we want to find her the best family that will love her like we do. A rehome fee will apply. She will not go with her papers. I will send her home with a 5 pound bag of her current dog food and a couple of favorite things. Again, this won't happen until summer, but I wanted to start my search for the perfect home. I will not be making any promises to anyone yet because we do have to get through puppies, spay, and recovery before she can leave. I am looking to change up my breeding program a bit, so there may be a break in puppies while my new program matures. Sadly, Luna will likely have to go as well and eventually Ginger. Ginger's 1st Litter are 1 year old today!
