Luna's Story

Luna gave us 2 beautiful litters of puppies and is now spayed and retired.

Her first litter consisted of 3 beautiful blue boys and 1 black/white boy. 

Her 2nd litter consisted of the one and only beautiful lilac female, a lilac male and chocolate male. Sadly, we lost a chocolate female. 

Luna's 1st litter was a c-section because she never really went into hard labor. Everything went off without a hitch. She took to her babies and was such a great Mom. 

Luna had a pretty tough delivery the 2nd time around. The first puppy, we named Lucky, was born at 6:40 Am. He wasn't responsive. He came out breech and got stuck and we did all we could just to get him out. Then a miracle happened. He took his first breath at 7:20 Am. If it wasn't for my Mom, he wouldn't be alive today. The next puppy came breech and had to be maneuvered out too, but was able to breathe on her own. We lost the 3rd puppy and the 4th chocolate male was born via c-section. 

Luna really has some beautiful babies. I love watching them grow up with their families. 

Now Luna lives the good life as a pet.
